Commissioners' Court Minutes |
The County Clerk is the official recordkeeper for the Montgomery County Commissioners' Court. Each time the Court meets, our clerks have the responsibility to collect and maintain the supporting documentation used to create the minutes for the meeting. These records are open to the public for inspection at any time during normal business hours.

Agenda
|
The agenda is posted in the main hallway and on the east and west sides of the courthouse by our office 72 hours in advance of any meeting. For example, for a Court meeting scheduled on Monday at 9:30 a.m., the agenda would be posted by 9:30 a.m. on Friday.

County Budget
|
The approved budget for the county as a whole as well as the budgets for each department are kept on file in our office.
